Orders over CHF 200.00 are shipped for free (except: straps and tapes).
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of CHF 15.00 for orders under CHF 200.00.
We charge the following shipping fees for straps and tapes: CHF 15.00 for each 30 kg or part thereof.
Any shipping fees will be shown clearly before an order is placed.
Delivery area
Deliveries and shipping within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Orders can also be collected from the Dietlikon site.
Delivery time
Items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours.
The delivery periods shown on the respective product pages are approximate values; you will be informed of the exact delivery dates in the confirmation of your order.
Delays in deliveries never justify claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the sales contract.

We cooperate with the following carriers to make sure that you receive the product of your choice quickly and reliably:
DHL SwissPaket : For products up to approx. 20 kg
Holenstein Logistik : For products over 20 kg or bulky goods
Returns
Returns of new, unused items from our warehouse stock in their original packaging are possible up to 8 days from the delivery date, subject to prior agreement. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and risk. Items not part of our warehouse stock cannot be returned under any circum-stances.
